Terry Russell brings over 25 years of experience in both rough and finished carpentry to BAHI Building Services. As a licensed builder and contractor, he has dedicated his entire adult life to mastering the building trades industry. His deep understanding of construction is complemented by a robust background in home inspection, having completed over 4,000 inspections. This unique combination of skills allows him to approach each project with a comprehensive perspective, ensuring that every detail is handled with the highest level of expertise and care.

In addition to his hands-on experience, he is a Certified Master Inspector with The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. His leadership extends beyond the company as he is a former Board member of the Madison Heights-Hazel Park Chamber of Commerce. His commitment to education and industry growth is evident in his two podcasts, "Home Assurance," which covers all aspects of home repairs and real estate transactions, and "Meet the Member," which highlights the Madison Heights-Hazel Park Chamber's activities. He is also venturing into the events industry with his new business, Rock the Night Photo Booth Rentals, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and diverse interests.
